My last MRI showed I am deteriorating cerebrally much slower than anyone had expected. This might be due to:

• Lingering effects of the protocol drug

• Better diet due to foods closer to nature

• An unexpected side effect of the Nano-Lithium

• I'm even open to it being the prayers of my family and friends

• Or the blessings of the Monks

• Reduced exposure to EMF radiation

• The healing effects of new love

Regardless of whatever reason, I have passed my original due date of Nov 17th, and barring sudden stroke or embolism it looks like Jan 31st, will also be exceeded. Unfortunately this is the date I figured my spending around.

So looking into the future I realize that the beginning of May my Visa will require renewing and I will not be able to get it renewed as my passport will then be within 6 months of expiration. Getting a new passport requires returning to the States and applying. I don't see that happening. I find a nice synchronicity to finishing on one's birthday. I figure that to be my final final date.

So calculating for May 3rd, I need almost exactly $10,000 to maintain my current level of existence.

I don't like the idea of begging, but I figure if I get fifty people to give $200, then it becomes less like begging and more like a tribute.

Do I know fifty people who can help? I am not sure, but between family, friends, Ultimate Universe fans, Vampire fans, Convention folk and my Internet friends, it is possible.

And if I don't reach the magic number, I can always live a little simpler for my final days. So every bit helps, but don't hurt yourself helping. Ok?
