The entire project spans a space of more than 100,000 square feet. The project has been praised for its magnificent ability to create homes at such a lightening quick pace. Alabama’s Center for Foreign Investment was a major proponent for the project and they provided it with funds for the factory. There are Korean and Chinese businesspeople invested in the project and the productivity of the factory has been hailed by city officials.

GSH was awarded a FEMA grant to build hurricane homes throughout the south in order to prepare citizens for future crises. The hurricane season of 2017 left the nation reeling.
